EXCHANGES & RETURNS
COOLING OFF PERIOD, CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY
If for any reason you are unhappy with the goods purchased you may return them within 14 days from receipt of the goods and you will receive a refund within 14 days of receipt of goods into our warehouse. It is your responsibility to take care of the goods before returning them and they must be returned in a state where they can be resold.
When returning goods, please enclose your name, full address, order number and reason for return (please also specify whether you require an exchange or refund). We recommend that you use Recorded Delivery, as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt. If possible please also email email@example.com to alert our customer service team that you have returned your order.
Unless the goods are defective, damaged or not as specified on your order acknowledgement, you are responsible for the cost of returning goods to the merchant. If however the goods are faulty or not as specified you should email firstname.lastname@example.org in advance of sending the goods back so that a free post label can be provided.

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
If for any reason your bag becomes faulty within twelve months of your purchase date please email email@example.com, a picture of the fault along with your name and order number we will get back to you within 48 hours to discuss your options i.e. refund/exchange.
Items purchased from an independent or department store must be returned back to the relevant store for exchange/refund – it is up to the relevant store if they wish to accept the item(s) back – if for any reason you have any problems please contact customer services on +44 (0) 1293 592175 or firstname.lastname@example.org
