DELIVERY CHARGE

Free Mainland UK standard delivery for orders over £50 (excluding Northern & Southern Ireland, Chanel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands and Scilly Isles)

£4.95 UK Mainland delivery for orders £50 and under. Next Day Delivery charge is £7.50 for orders placed before 12pm Monday-Thursday

Europe, Northern and Republic of Ireland standard delivery charge - £14.50

Rest of the World - £25.00 depending on country

DELIVERY TIMES

Standard delivery: Providing your items are in stock we will aim to deliver your order within 2-3 working days, please note during our sale and peak periods you should allow up to 7-10 days

Next day delivery: Providing your items are in stock and your order is received before midday we will be able to deliver your goods the next working day.

N.B Orders must be placed before midday for next day delivery. Orders placed on Friday before midday will be delivered the following Monday. Orders placed after midday on Friday or on Saturday or Sunday will not be delivered until the following Tuesday.

Pink Lining consider Saturday, Sunday and all Bank Holidays as non working days.

Gift wrapping

Gift wrapping is standard. Your goods will be wrapped and tied with pink ribbon and tissue paper and sent in a Pink Lining box.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

COOLING OFF PERIOD, CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be satisfied every time you shop with us. If for any reason you are unhappy with the goods purchased you may return the goods to Pink Lining within 14 days from receipt of the goods, you will receive a refund within 14 days of receipt of goods into our warehouse (please note if you are returning as a change of mind we will only refund the cost of the product/s and not the postage fee). It is your responsibility to take care of the goods before returning them, and they must be returned in a state where they can be resold. We will not accept return of any products, which might have been made to the customer's personal specifications.

When returning goods, please enclose the RETURNS FORM detailing your name, full address, order number and reason for return (please also specify whether you require an exchange or refund). We recommend that you use Recorded Delivery, as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt.

Unless the goods are defective, damaged or not as specified on your order acknowledgement, you are responsible for the cost of returning goods to the merchant. If however the goods are faulty then the postage costs will be refunded.

If you are exchanging a product as a change of mind you will need to pay the postage fee for the new bag (we can only waver the postage fee if the bags is faulty and being exchanged)

Please note that we cannot refund or exchange any sales items unless damaged.

Please download the RETURNS FORM and enclose it with your return items(s).

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

You will need to pay the postage fee for the new bag if you wanted an exchange (we can only waver the postage fee if the bags is faulty and being exchanged)

FAULTY ITEMS

If for any reason your bag becomes faulty within six months of your purchase date please email a picture of the fault along with your name and order number and RETURNS FORM to info@pinklining.com we will get back to you within 48 hours to discuss your options i.e. refund/exchange.

Items purchased from an independent or department store must be returned back to the relevant store for exchange/refund – it is up to the relevant store if they wish to accept the item/s back – if for any reason you have any problems please contact customer services on +44 (0) 207 034 0035 or info@pinklining.com
